The muffler is a work of art. Whoever created/repaired it should be very proud. The muffler is almost too good to bolt to the bottom of a Lycoming.

Over the years we have allowed our service professionals to freelance with our suppliers. This included order placement of repairs to exhaust systems. The policy was intended to develop relations between supply and demand at a personal level to assist in the technical support aspects of our business. Recently we have had numerous challenges with this approach especially relating to the exhaust systems which have been purchased. You will be happy to here when we did the analysis we found only Dawley Aviation did not have issues in this regard , i.e. Beech 35 w/rayjay conversion . I have owned my own business for nearly 35 years. Recently I had the pleasure of learning of Dawley Aviation. Not very often in today’s global climate do you find a service oriented company with good pricing and a warranty to boot. In this regard, Fed Ex may be a good example of a near perfect service oriented company. In saying this I would like to add Dawley Aviation to the mix. You provided a one day turnaround, great pricing, shipment sent with automatic emailed tracking numbers, a warranty and a free bag of peanuts. Even Fed Ex doesn’t do all that. I will be traveling to Milwaukee the early part of next month and would greatly appreciate an opportunity to stop by see your operations.

New replacement cost of parts and the repair bills to install them have driven me to nearly abandon my will to continue to fly. Recently I had the exhaust system repaired by you, negating the cost of buying new. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I got my system back - it appeared to be new. I called to make sure there wasn’t an error only to find this is your standard of doing business. Your quick turn around, fair pricing and nice quality is really appreciated. About three years ago I shopped around for a new exhaust system for my Cessna, my FBO suggested we use your exhaust service to save on the repair. He told me I wouldn’t be disappointed. What sold me on the choice was your one year unlimited use warranty. I figured if it didn’t work out I could get it sent back. It’s been nearly three years now with no exhaust issues in sight.
